About this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Canvas Reminder mobile application and related services operated by Natalia Dorota Wiciak (the “Service Provider”).

Collection

What we do not collect

The Application does not collect personal information from normal use and does not require registration.

Reminder titles, descriptions, checklists, categories, mood selections, priorities, color tags, favorite status, reminder times, and similar creative planning data are not collected or stored by the Service Provider.

Local storage

Content on your device

Canvas Reminder is designed as a local-first app. Information you create may be stored locally on your own device so the Application can function, but it is not uploaded to or retained on the Service Provider’s servers.

Local content stays under your control. The Service Provider does not maintain a remote copy of your creative reminders.

Notifications

Reminder delivery

If you enable a reminder, the notification is scheduled on your device. The Service Provider does not receive your reminder text, schedule, checklist, priority, or notification history.

Tracking

Location and cross-app tracking

The Application does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other apps or websites.

Sharing

Third-party access

Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, reminders, creative notes, categories, checklists, priorities, color tags, favorites, or scheduling history.

Server-side retention period: none. Since Canvas Reminder does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers during normal use, there is no server-side personal-data retention period.

Deletion

Data Deletion

There is no server-side personal data to delete because Canvas Reminder does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.

Delete local content directly from your device. If reminder data is stored locally, you can remove it through the Application’s controls, your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling Canvas Reminder.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to kacper99kaminski@gmail.com.

Network

Technical connectivity

If the Application accesses an online resource, standard internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for profiling, advertising, or tracking.

Children

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security

Security approach

A local-first design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Updates

Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
